How do I get to/from Whistler?
There are a few bus services that run multiple shuttles between Vancouver and Whistler each day.
Depending on where you stay relative to the studio, you might consider renting a car from Vancouver as the studio is located in more of a residential neighbourhood.
Where should I stay?
Whistler has accomodation options for all budgets. Here are a few suggestions to get you started: You might want to think about the location if you intend to use Public Transit. It is an easy 1 bus from the Village to the studio. From the Creekside & Nordic neighbourhoods, you'll need to transfer in the Village.

What is included in the price of the weekend?
3 Workshops

What is not included inthe price of the weekend?
- accomodation
- transportation to/from and around Whistler
- meals
- activities (eg a ticket to go to the top of the mountain, paddleboard rental or Scandiave Spa admission
- private & semi-private lessons
Is prior Pilates experience required?
Yes. This weekend is designed for Pilates Teachers and Advanced Practicioners. We will be diving deep into topics and there is an assumption that you are familiar with the apparatus and equipement. Both Louise and Kirsten are Classically trained and all the apparatus in the studio is Classical. As a result, you will get more out of this weekend if you teach and practice the Classical Method or if you are Classically curious.
How can I get around in Whistler?
Whistler isn't that big so depending on where you stay, you might be withing walking distance to everything.
There is a public bus system.
Whistler Taxi is the local taxi service.
There is an e-bike rental program with various pick up-drop off locations around town.
What do I need to pack?
- your favourite Pilates outfits
- something nice for Saturday dinner out
- swimsuit (if you plan for lake time or the Scandinave Spa
- hiking clothes/shoes if you intend to hike
- layers including a light jacket (the nights can get chilly in September)
- rain coat (just in case)
- a small backpack or bag (to bring items to the studio
- water bottle
- a mat for the Outdoor Mat Class
What if I need to cancel?
Life happens, we get it. Here are the cancellation options:
- 1 month before the start date, we will provide a full refund minus $100
- 7 days before the start date, we will provide a 50% refund
- Within 7 days, no refunds
- If you can find someone to take your place, you can arrange payment from them but please let us know

Is there parking at the studio?
The studio is located in the ground floor of a private residence. There is room for about 4 cars in the driveway and 2 on the street. Otherwise, it is best to park in the Apline Cafe or Meadow Park Community Centre parking lots (about a 5 minute walk from the studio)
Can I participate Virtually?
Yes! More on pricing and options once the 2026 schedule is created.
Can I just join for part of the weekend?
Yes! If there are spots available after Sept 1st, we will open up the option for A-La-Carte Participation.
