How to lead many without losing your mind.
Teaching a multilevel Reformer class? Welcome to the circus! This workshop dives into strategies for progression, keeping flow/focus and Classical integrity when you're juggling different bodies, levels, and needs — all at once.
Workshop #3
Find length, lift, and love for the barrel.
Get to know the barrels as more than “spine correctors.” This workshop focuses on using these tools to open, organize, and energize the body.
Workshop #4
Small props, big breakthroughs.
Tiny tools like the Foot Corrector, Toe Corrector, Sandbag, Push Up Devices, Airplane Boards, Breathacizer and Magic Circle can have huge impacts. Learn when, why and how to use them to create awareness and connection.

Meet Your Teachers
Louise Tomcheck
Louise is a 2nd Generation Teacher (trained by Romana Kryzanowska) and owner of Whistler Pilates. She continues to study with international teachers and is known for her no-nonsense, straight-to-the point teaching style.
Kirsten McFarlane
Kirsten did her initial training under Louise, is the founder of Spectrum Pilates, co-owns The Pilates Collective studio in Vancouver and is one of a handful of teachers in The Method, an invitation-only graduate program with Vintage Pilates. Her teaching style is energetic, hands on and always infused with some fun.
